MICHAEL CHARLTON FCA, resident in Monaco and a Chartered Accountant. Since 1975 he has worked in Venture Capital, consulted on financial systems, and has managed the Japanese investment fund Tokyo Trust SA and the Singer & Friedlander Investment Fund SA.

DAVID GASKELL MA, FCA, a Chartered Accountant resident in Monaco and Mauritius, he formerly lived in the Bahamas. He has worked in offshore banking as controller of a $2 billion dollar consortium bank and as an independent trust and financial consultant in the offshore industry for twenty five years.

VINA PRAYAG BSC , ACIB a Chartered Accountant and member of the Institute of Bankers and resident in Mauritius. She worked for KPMG administrating funds and individual portfolios and incorporating global business entities.
